14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to seek informal resolution of any dispute. Please send written notice to our contact address with a detailed description of the dispute.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Croatian at a location in Croatia.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative action.
